We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax.
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section.
A few exceptions…
- No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

To return in-store
To find a store nearest you, simply put your postal code to the right. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of you preference and our associates will be pleased to assist you. Purchases paid for using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. Note that Paypal purchases are refundable through Paypal only if returned by Mail; Paypal purchases can be exchanged in store, or refunded to an BURN BOUTIK gift card or to a debit card.
Free Returns via courier
To initiate your return, simply put in your order number and postal code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you the UPS label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date, however it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution. A Paypal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. In stores no items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

We currently cannot offer you an exchange through our online system but you can always return unwanted items for a refund, and then place a new order.
Price adjustments may be applied with the original receipt on regular priced items bought in store only, within 7 days of the original purchase. They are not applicable on items purchased on promotion or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign. There is no price adjustment on online purchases.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
A copy of your online order receipt should be included with your package. It may be found either on the inside or folded behind the shipping label on the exterior of the package. If you’ve misplaced it and need a new copy, simply send us a request by providing your order number via chat or email us at [email protected] For purchases made in store, you may have selected an e-receipt and can chat us to obtain a copy. In the event that you chose a printed receipt we can’t unfortunately duplicate it.
We offer free shipping on all online returns within 15 days.

To take full advantage of our free online return service and ensure a smooth refund process, you must return your order using the prepaid UPS return label, which will be emailed to you upon completion of your return request. The email will also include links to help you find your nearest UPS drop-off point, or schedule a pickup with UPS.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
